Refund and Return Policy

For a full refund, it is necessary to return the diffuser within 7 days of receiving it. The refund will be credited back to the original payment card used for the purchase, with no exceptions.
In the event that you remain dissatisfied after the 7-day money-back guarantee period, we have an alternative solution for you. If you are within the first 90 days of your purchase and can provide proof of your purchase, we will be pleased to offer you a replacement diffuser. To facilitate this, we will send you a prepaid label for the return of the original diffuser.
Please note that refunds are not applicable to clearance items.
This policy applies to all orders within the Continental US. For orders outside the Continental US, while we will happily provide a replacement, you will be responsible for the shipping costs.
Additionally, we understand that in some cases, a video may be the most effective way to document an issue with your purchase. If you wish to provide a video as part of your return request, we will gladly consider it to ensure a smooth refund process.
