What if I need to change or cancel an order I just placed?
Typically, we can accommodate any changes made within the same business day the order was placed. If your order has already been processed, we may not be able to fulfill your request
However, if the product is defective or damaged during shipping, please record the video when opening the product and send it via email to us, then we will review and handle it for you, response time will be determined. from 3 – 6 hours. Returns must not take more than 7 days from the date of receipt
